Lines of Loyalty and C3&B Entertainment LLC (collectively referred to herein as “LOL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) believe that one of our main priorities is the privacy of our fans when they visit our websites accessible from www.linesofloyalty.com and www.linesofloyaltycds.com, our associated merchandise store, portals, mobile applications, and platforms (“Website(s)”). This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by LOL and how we use it. This Privacy Policy applies to both off-line and online activities and is valid for visitors to our Websites with regard to the information shared with and/or collected by LOL. This Privacy Policy also applies when you use social media that cross-references or overlaps LOL’s social media or Websites.

Personal Information
“Personal Information” is any information or set of information that identifies you personally, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, passwords used on our Website(s), payment details (including credit card information), demographic information, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile information from any linked social media account. Personal Information does not include information that is encoded, aggregated, anonymized, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non-public Personal Information. If you do submit Personal Information to us, we will use that information for the purposes for which it was submitted.


How We Collect Personal Information
The Personal Information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your Personal Information, including:

  • If you contact us directly and voluntarily to request information regarding our band, record label, merchandise, tours, or otherwise, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, address, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

  • If you purchase music or merchandise from us, conduct a transaction with us, or contract with us, with regard to our merchandise, services, or otherwise.

  • When you sign up for our e-mail or mailing list.

  • From time to time, we may collect Personal Information from you in ways not described

  • above for the purposes of further our merchandise and services.


Non-Personal Information
Non-Personal Information may include:

  • Cookies and Other Locally Stored Objects. LOL may collect information via technical methods, including but not limited to cookies, JavaScript tags, web beacons, pixel gifs, Flash cookies, and other locally stored objects, now known or developed in the future. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. You may disable cookies and other locally  stored objects by rejecting cookies from this Website, in your browser, or on your device. If you decide to reject cookies, you will still be able to access the Website, however, in a few cases, some Website features may not function as a result.

  • LOL may use a mix of first-party and third-party cookies as follows:

    • Session cookies – Temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you close the browser.

    • Analytical cookies – Cookies from third parties such as Google Analytics to provide analytical data regarding your use of our Website. You can opt-out of Google Analytics without affecting how you visit our site by visiting: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

  • Information from Your Activity. LOL follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites, including the Websites and affiliated social networks. The information collected by log files includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, general geographic location, browser type (i.e., Internet Explorer; Firefox) and language, operating system (i.e., Mac OS; Windows), mobile device technical information, search terms, Internet Service Provider (ISP) (i.e., Spectrum; AT&T), date and time stamp, amount of time spent on particular pages, referring/exit pages and associated URLs, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any Personal Information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the Website, and gathering demographic information.


How We May Use Your Information
Our Websites are hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. LOL use the Personal Information and Non-Personal Information we collect from you in various ways, including:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining our Websites, including to provide a great experience for our fans and visitors.

  • Improving, personalizing, and expanding our Websites, our merchandise and services. LOL uses cookies so that we recognize you on our Websites and remember your previously selected preferences. This could include what language you prefer and your geographic location.

  • To retain and evaluate information regarding your recent visits to the Websites and how you move around different sections of our Websites for analytics purposes to understand how people use our Websites so that we can make it more intuitive. This may include the use of analytics programs which use cookies. In such event, third parties may have access to your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

  • Develop new merchandise, services, features, and functionality.

  • Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners or affiliated companies, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the Websites, LOL news, and for marketing and promotional purposes, to troubleshoot problems with your merchandise account, to resolve a dispute, or to collect fees or monies owed.

  • Send you e-mails regarding our merchandise, concerts, tours, services, opportunities, affiliated companies, and other information regarding LOL. We may use e-mail marketing service providers to send and manage e-mails to you.

  • To ensure our Websites are safe to use, including finding and preventing fraud.

  • LOL may, on a confidential basis, share some or all Personal Information and Non-Personal Information to other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including but not limited to, technical assistance and customer service.

  • LOL may share some or all Personal Information and Non-Personal Information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, or other companies under common control with us.

  • In the event of a corporate sale, asset sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event, Personal Information and Non-Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets.

  • We may also be required to disclose Personal Information and Non-Personal Information when required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LOL or others.

 

How We Protect Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information
LOL makes a commitment to users of its Website to never sell any Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing or commercial use.

 

LOL takes commercially reasonable steps to protect both Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No security system, method of Internet transmission, or data storage, however, is fully impenetrable. As such, LOL cannot guarantee the security of our databases or that the Personal Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. In the event that LOL should discover a security breach, we will notify all potentially affected users within a reasonable timeframe and take all reasonable steps to remedy.

 

Data Retention (California Privacy Rights Act)
To the extent LOL meets the threshold criteria of the California Privacy Rights Act, California Gov. Code §§7920.00 et. seq. (“CPRA”), LOL shall retain data for the following periods:

  • Personal Information: 10 years

  • Non-Personal Information: 12 months

Once this time period has expired, we will delete such information.

 

This section of this Privacy Policy specifically does not apply in the event LOL and its Website users do not meet the CPRA applicability requirements.

 

Non-U.S. Residents
Although we do proudly maintain a worldwide presence, LOL is located and operated primarily in the United States. Users that are located outside of the United States must be aware that any Personal Information provided will be transferred into the United States.

 

California Consumer Privacy Act Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
This notice to California residents is provided under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code §§1798.100 et. seq. (“CCPA”) by explaining your privacy rights if you are a California resident, providing our “notice at collection,” and providing mandated disclosures about LOL’s information, both online and offline.

 

LOL makes the following additional disclosures for purposes of compliance with the CCPA:

  • We collected the following categories of Personal Information in the last 12 months: identifiers/contact information, demographic information, payment information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, or similar information, and inferences drawn from the above.

  • We may have disclosed the categories of Personal Information identified in the immediately-preceding bullet point to our affiliated companies. We have not disclosed such Personal Information to any unaffiliated third parties.

  • The sources of Personal Information from whom we collected are: directly from Website users, analytics tools, social networks, and third-party services that update or supplement information we hold about you.

  • The business or commercial purposes of collecting personal information are as summarized herein, and as described in more detail in our Privacy Policy under the section titled, “How We May Use Your Information.”

  • It is LOL’s policy not to disclose any Personal Information we collect to third parties for direct marketing purposes under any circumstances. We do not “sell,” and have not “sold,” (as that term is defined by the CCPA) any categories of Personal Information.

 

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a company that collects a user's Personal Information disclose the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information that a company has collected about users.

  • Request that a company deletes any Personal Information about the user that a company has collected.

  • Request that a company that sells a user's Personal Information, not sell the user's Personal Information. LOL does not sell users’ Personal Information.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) "Do Not Track" Policy
The Websites and LOL do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

 

Some third-party websites may keep track of your browsing activities. If you are visiting such third-party websites, you may set your preferences in your web browser to inform those websites what you do not want to be tracked. You may also enable or disable Do Not Track by vising your web browser’s preferences or settings page.
 

California Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798 (California’s Shine the Light law) provides that California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once per year identifying the Personal Information shared with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Third Party Websites
LOL’s Websites and social media may from time to time contain links to other websites and music playback services. This Privacy Policy only applies to LOL’s Websites. If you click on a link to another website, you should read and understand their privacy policy. In such event, that third-party application’s or website’s privacy policy controls.

 

Data Protection Rights
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user of the Websites are entitled to the following:

  • The right to be informed – This Privacy Policy informs you of LOL’s collection and usage protocol with respect to your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

  • Automated individual decision-making, including profiling – You have the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or that similarly affects you. LOL does not use such a system.

Accessing and Modifying Information
LOL will grant individuals reasonable access to Personal Information stored within our company servers and by our direct agents. Such requests must be made in writing and submitted to linesofloyaltyofficial@gmail.com and may request requests to review, modify, or delete Personal Information. E-mail recipients may also opt out of receiving e-mail communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located within any e-mail originating from within LOL or on the Websites. In certain circumstances, it may not be possible to completely remove or modify Personal Information.

Children's Information
LOL is committed to the protection for children while using the Internet and compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule. If you are 13 years of age or older, but under the age of 18, you should review the Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it.

 

LOL does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our Websites, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

 

California Privacy Rights for Minor Users
(CA Business and Professions Code Section 22581)
California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 allows California residents under the age of 18 who are registered users of online sites, services, or applications to request and obtain removal of content or information they have publicly posted.

 

The Websites are not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. LOL will take reasonable steps to comply with your request, however, your request does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of content or information posted online and that the law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances.
